Open an Account

To sign up for service:

New Property Owner

Call business office (740) 774-4117 to inquire if water service is currently available to property.

If tap already exists:

Visit our business office to sign our Water User Agreement – 663 Fairgrounds Road.

You will need:

1. Proof of Ownership (Property Deed)
2. Government Issued Photo ID (Drivers License)

Water will be turned on by the next business day.

If no tap exists for the property but service is available:

Visit our business office to sign Water User Agreement & purchase tap – 663 Fairgrounds Road

You will need:

1. Proof of Ownership (Property Deed)
2. Government Issued Photo ID (Drivers License)
3. All Owners (Names on Deed) and Spouses will need to sign water user agreement and right of way easement.
4. Pay the current tap fee

Tap will be set within 6-8 weeks. A cross connection inspection will be necessary before water service is turned on.

New Tenant (Renter)

Visit our business office to sign Water Users Agreement – 663 Fairgrounds Road

You will need:

1. Completed Owner/Tenant Agreement (Click here for form)
2. Government Issued Photo ID (Drivers License)
3. Pay a deposit that will be held until service is cancelled and then applied to your final bill or refunded.
